Support usBehind Dobra Kariera stands the Effective Altruism Foundation Poland. We are part of an international movement that tries to identify which problems in the world should be treated as most urgent, then searches for the most effective ways to solve them and puts those solutions into practice.
In 2024, we decided to add a new priority to our existing work: supporting young adults in planning careers with positive impact. That is how the brand Dobra Kariera was created.

"Więcej Dobra"
In 2023, the Foundation created wiecejdobra.pl, a platform that allows Polish donors to give to highly effective organizations working on important global problems.
Education
The Foundation offers, among other things, free introductory courses on effective altruism with moderated group discussion, and translates and freely shares important books, such as "The Life You Can Save".
Community building
Student groups operate at the University of Warsaw and Jagiellonian University, and local meetings about the greatest global challenges take place in the largest Polish cities. More here.
